About the Role

We’re a high-end Wedding Venue in the Hudson Valley looking for a Digital Marketing lead with a strong social media background to help elevate and drive our marketing efforts.

Looking to work with LOCAL Westchester/Hudson Valley Candidates Only. 

Social media is a core focus of this role, but this position also plays a key part in leading & shaping broader marketing initiatives — including messaging, campaigns, and overall brand direction.

This is a strategy-first role focused on driving real business results — not just content posting.

We have in-house support in place for content and day-to-day execution — what we need is someone who can own the strategy, guide execution, and ensure our marketing efforts are driving real inquiries and bookings.

This is a hands-on role within a small, fast-moving team where your work will have a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead social media strategy and content direction (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) 
  •  Define what we post, why it matters, and how it contributes to inquiries and bookings
  •  Collaborate with in-house marketing support to guide content and ensure strong execution 
  • Own both strategy and execution — ensuring ideas are carried through
  •  Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversion
  •  Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  •  Provide input on website messaging and overall brand positioning
  •  Identify opportunities for broader marketing improvements (SEO, PR, etc.)
What We’re Looking For

  •  A strategic thinker who understands how content drives real business results
  •  Strong experience in social media strategy (this is a core requirement) 
  •  Broader understanding of digital marketing and brand positioning
  •  Ability to think in terms of content, messaging, and conversion
  •  Comfortable working in a small business environment and taking ownership 
  • Work Closely with in house Junior Marketing Assistant 
  •  Hands-on, proactive, and able to execute as needed 
  •  Strong understanding of Gen Z consumer behavior
  •  Experience in hospitality, events, weddings, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus 
Additional Details

  •  Some evenings and weekends required occasionally (event coverage / content capture) 
  •  This is a local role — candidates must be based in Hudson Valley / Westchester and able to be on-site as needed 
Role Details

  •  Part-time: 15–20 hours per week
  •  Flexible structure (independent contractor or salaried depending on fit) 
Compensation

Competitive and based on experience.
